We are pleased to announce that team 'Energy Revolution' has been shortlisted in the Top 12 global teams of the "Energy in Emerging Markets Case Competition". The team was led by Mr Abu Bakar, Mr. Ali Shaharyar and Mr. Syed Ali, MBA Executive participants. It is a global virtual event in which teams from leading business schools participate. The competition encourages graduate students to propose unconventional business-based solutions backed by feasibility reports and in depth financial models, exposing unrecognized opportunities with positive social and environmental impact. The first round of the event was sponsored by MBA Energy Club and the Duke University Energy Access Project. The event provided an opportunity for student teams to address real energy challenges in developing countries. There were a total of 70 teams that participated from across the world out of which only 12 teams were shortlisted further. The case partner of the year was Engro Corporation.
