On Saturday January 4, 2020 a group of 44 brilliant participants with shining and smiley faces gathered into Seminar Room of Aman CED Building to join the MBA Executive Orientation. The program started with the verses from Holly Quran by Mr. Abubakr, a new joiner. Afterward, Mr Muhammad Munawar, Program Manager welcomed the group and briefed about the MBA Executive Program. He emphasized that IBA offers 3 degree programs i.e. MBA Morning, Executive and Evening and all 3 programs are at par and of 72 credit hours. He further familiarized the audience about rules and regulations of the program and shared some key tips to do MBA Effectively. Later, Mr Aamir Shabbir, General Manager Administration, welcomed the participants. He elaborated the value of business studies and emphasized that application of knowledge is the key to success. He informed the participants the initiatives of solar energy system in IBA. Mr Aamir further emphasized about the value of time in a student's life. Moreover, he stressed on clean, green and serene campus. He informed the participants that he is writing a book on urban development and infrastructure. Afterward, Mr. Saleem Umer, Program Director, addressed to the group. In his dynamic speech, he shared the value of networking and peer learning. He shared his own experience while he was doing MBA from IBA. He informed the group that in 2020 MBA Executive completed a journey of more than a decade. Mr. Saleem Umer responded to the various queries of the participants. In the last, as a Chief Guest, Dr Huma Naz Baqai, Executive Director (Acting), welcomed the new group and shared her valuable insights. She focused that the acquiring MBA degree from IBA is a challenging task. IBA ensures that the graduates, which are our products, meet all the academic and professional requirements of the degree. Dr Huma answered various queries of the participants. At the end, refreshment was served. Afterward, the academic sessions of Spring Semester 2020 began and the group moved to join their knowledge journey at IBA.
