Ms. Madiha Khalid, Director HR, Shell Pakistan Limited and a board member of Shell Pakistan Limited and Pakistan Center for Philanthropy, was invited as a guest speaker to the MBA Executive class of Organizational Behavior & Leadership on Saturday, November 19, 2022. This session was organized by Dr. Nyla Aleem Ansari on authentic leadership.

Ms. Madiha Khalid shared her own leadership journey and experience of developing leaders at Shell. Her session included the myths surrounding leadership, axioms about the topic and breakout activities to engage the students in a thought-provoking discussion. It was a well-rounded discussion that included real life examples and challenges of leadership.
